• Cost: An hour’s tour including boat rental is $40.00 per person with a minimum of four people or $160.00. Call Jeri at 206 322 9157 if you want help scheduling with other clients.
• Unless someone in your party is amenable to operating the Duffy boat, the Electric Boat Company reqires a licensed captain which is available for an additional $50 per hour.
• Note: There is a minimum of 4 people per tour. You will be notified and your funds returned or tour rescheduled if we do not meet the minimum.

An entertaining and intimate look at the houseboat community via full-color slide show presented by "Houseboat Lady" Jeri Callahan, herself. The one-hour presentation features pictures of interior, seasonal, and historic views along with construction details of floating homes. A popular choice for club or group meetings.

Chartered Tour Boat

Two hours with "The Houseboat Lady" on board a deluxe motor vessel as it cruises past the Lake Union and Portage Bay houseboats and into Lake Washington for a glimpse of Bill Gates' sprawling home. Ideal for conventioneers, tour groups and company events or as a corporate incentive program. Best during Daylight Savings Time, April through October.

Cost for both slide show (an ideal introduction to the tour) and two hour tour with narration is $300. Deluxe tour for large groups with narration only is $200.
